All our taxis are put through a rigorous inspection process multiple times per year to make sure they are in top mechanical condition.
We have our vehicles pass an eSafety check at an RTA authorised vehicle inspection station.
It then has all its taxi equipment checked, including the meter to make sure its charging you the right fare.
We then inspect the car to make sure it is visually appealing.
We always make sure our cars are in great shape with these inspections, but if you find a car lacking in quality, please let us know.
